Too big for its own shoes...
For a company that prides itself for its customer service, Apple may be slipping.
I am currently blogging from an Apple store which I have visited for the second time in just as many days, two apple employees have confirmed the problem that i am having with my ipad and both have suggested that a "Genius" will most probably replace my ipad for me, but two visits and an hour and half later I am still sitting inside the said Apple store waiting for a so called "Genius" (note my use of inverted comma's). The next available genius bar appointment is in 172 hours time (7 days and two hours time), the other option suggested to me by a blue shirt was to flick back and forth on the concierge page and hopefully when an appointment became available I would be able to book myself in.
Are we to agree.... too big for its own shoes??
